Renowned as Malta’s leading stationery and print shop, Papier has been a synonymous name with thousands of students and teachers, especially in the University Heights area. In the past years, Papier started expanding its operation, now operating multiple shops across Malta in Sliema, St. Julians and Valletta. With the expansion of the brands’ operations, it was crucial to explore a visual identity that matches the brand’s values and direction.

Fueled by our client’s vision to expand its operation and brand awareness, our goal was to create a visual and digital strategy that sets Papier above the rest. Our first step was trimming the name previously known Papier Plus to Papier. This process was done to achieve a more versatile and compact look. For the logo mark we modelled a paper clip symbolising the letter ‘P’ and set it on a cyan background, a colour already synonymous with the brand.

The digital marketing material focused on striking, bespoke illustrations, giving off a very approachable and easy going vibe that fit very well in the social media sphere. Papier today operates 6 outlets across Msida, Valletta, Sliema and St. Julian’s and provides one of the vastest ranges of services in the local stationery and print-shop market.
